Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Resource Management professional to coordinate resource allocations across projects and service engagements in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate resource assignments, manage third-party orders, and collaborate with external vendors on onboarding, renewals, and related operational matters. This role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills within a Singapore-based team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in resource management, scheduling, vendor management, PMO support or related roles.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing third-party resources.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in procurement coordination or PO administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resource assignments across projects and service engagements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate allocation of resources based on business requirements.
• Administer and track third-party (pass-through) orders with proper documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners on resource availability, onboarding, renewals, and related matters.
• Monitor resource utilization and assist with workforce planning activities.
• Maintain accurate records of resource schedules, assignments, and vendor engagements.
• Provide project administration support, including tracking resource movements, timesheets, and related documentation.
• Support procurement processes for third-party resources and services.
• Escalate resource conflicts, scheduling challenges, and vendor issues promptly.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management on resource allocation and vendor performance.
