Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Resource Scheduler to optimize allocation of human resources for IT services. You will coordinate resources across projects, support client expectations, and work with multiple teams to maintain utilization and meet SLAs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in resource scheduling or project management; a PM certification is desirable. On-site working in Singapore with global opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
Moderate level of resource scheduling and/or project management experience.
Project management certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Ensure adequate and competent resources to deliver on client expectations and contracts.
Identify and assign resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.
Maintain utilization and realization information with timely communication to projects.
Resolve resource-related issues that may impact SLAs and align with client needs.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to balance priorities and capacity.
