Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Resource Scheduler to support IT service delivery by effectively allocating and managing human resources across projects. You will coordinate resources, align with client expectations, and help maintain utilization and SLA accuracy in a dynamic technology services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Project management certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent resources available to deliver on all clients' expectations and contracts.
• Identifies and assigns resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.
• Contributes to achieving utilization team targets by assisting with the maintenance of resource schedules.
• Helps with ensuring demand fulfilment and efficiency gains through effective interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Helps with the management of resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities.
• Maintains utilization, and realization information, ensuring accuracy and timeous communication to the relevant project for consideration in project plans.
• Works closely with project teams to resolve resource-related issues that may impact SLAs.
• Coordinates with client teams to align resource allocation with their needs and expectations.
• Performs any other related task.
