GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Resource Management Coordinator to balance project demand with talent supply across IT teams in Singapore. You will optimize consultant utilization, manage the bench, and forecast future staffing needs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and project leads.

This role requires data‑driven planning, strong cross‑cultural communication, and proactive stakeholder collaboration to resolve resource conflicts and drive project success.

Qualifications

• IT consulting or professional services experience.
• Familiar with contract, placement, and permanent hiring models.
• Proven ability to optimize resource utilization and manage a talent bench.
• Experience in data-driven workforce planning and capacity forecasting.
• Excellent English communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and match consultants to client projects based on skills, availability and budget.
• Manage bench time and proactively reassign consultants to opportunities.
• Forecast future staffing needs using project pipelines and historical data.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and procurement for hiring strategies.
• Track weekly utilization and report on billable hours across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads, Project Managers, and Account Directors to resolve conflicts.
