Job summary

GECO Asia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support and enhance SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling for large enterprise environments in Singapore. The role requires hands-on FI expertise and experience in AMS/support projects, with the ability to manage complex integrations and critical financial operations.

Start ASAP for a 12-month contract in Singapore; Bachelor's degree required. 7-9+ years SAP FI experience with strong integration across FI/SD and FI/MM, and interfaces

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience with strong functional and configuration expertise.
• Experience on AMS/support projects for large enterprise clients with SLA delivery and critical incident support.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI modules: AP, AR, GL, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, and CO.
• Hands-on FI/SD and FI/MM integration, and interfaces with external systems.
• Strong troubleshooting with BDC, IDocs, load programs, and SAP interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements for SAP FI/CO in large AMS environments.
• Perform end-to-end configuration, development, testing, and support across core SAP FI processes.
• Manage integrations between SAP and other ERP systems, external portals, tax systems, stores, and related applications.
• Support critical incidents, including out-of-hours coverage, while meeting agreed SLAs.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
• Analyze and resolve errors related to BDC, IDocs, data loads, interfaces, and other SAP programs.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support and enhance SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions for large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on FI expertise, experience in AMS/support projects, and the ability to manage complex integrations and critical financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 7-9+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience, with strong functional and configuration experience.
• Proven experience working on AMS/support projects for large enterprise clients, including SLA-based service delivery and critical incident support.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO).
• Hands-on experience with FI/SD and FI/MM integration, as well as interfaces between SAP and external systems such as portals, tax systems, stores, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with BDC, IDocs, load programs, and SAP interfaces.
