Job summary

GECO Asia Singapore is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and develop Oracle E-Business Suite solutions with a focus on Financials. The role blends finance knowledge with hands-on technical work across configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2, strong accounting/process experience, and ability to work with onsite/offshore teams to deliver multi-project implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of experience supporting and developing Oracle EBS R12, preferably 12i/R12.2.10.
• Strong background in Finance processes with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in enterprise environments with onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, customizations, extensions, integrations, and production support for Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Collaborate with Finance users to understand requirements and translate into functional/technical designs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS solutions, including UAT and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions across environments.
• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS custom apps, forms, reports, interfaces, workflows and extensions.
• Coordinate requirements, estimate effort, and manage delivery across multiple projects.

Job Summary:

Role: Oracle EBS Techno-functional Consultant

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and develop Oracle E-Business Suite solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle Financials. The role combines Finance functional knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to deliver configurations, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting, and application improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience supporting and developing Oracle EBS R12, preferably Oracle EBS 12i / R12.2.10.
• Strong background in Finance business processes with the ability to work directly with Finance users and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with onsite/offshore or distributed technology teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, particularly AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Cost Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Oracle EBS data model and architecture, including PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Experience developing, debugging, and supporting SQL packages, functions, procedures, interfaces, customizations, and EBS extensions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Purchasing, or Order Management modules.
• Experience with Oracle APEX, RPA, application integrations, and other automation technologies.
• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Oracle EBS certifications or relevant Finance/Accounting qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience managing application development projects and coordinating hybrid onsite/offshore teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Oracle E-Business Suite, including configuration, customizations, extensions, integrations, and production support.
• Work closely with Finance and business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs and specifications.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and implement Oracle EBS solutions, including UAT and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, implement workarounds and corrective actions, and support data corrections where required.
• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS custom applications, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflows, and related extensions.
• Review project requirements, prepare solution designs, estimate effort, and manage delivery across multiple projects and enhancements.
• Coordinate with functional teams, IT teams, and onsite/offshore resources to deliver projects, remediations, and production support activities.
