Job summary

GECO Asia is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our Singapore team. The role starts ASAP and runs for 12 months, focusing on delivering enterprise-grade web applications using modern frontend technologies.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain responsive interfaces with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, collaborate with backend engineers and product teams, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in frontend or web application development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications in a professional software development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using AngularJS and modern frontend technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop reusable frontend components and integrate applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot frontend issues, optimize application performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product teams, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications in a professional software development environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS and frontend web application development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design, and browser-based application development.
