You will provide information on funding opportunities, review grant applications, create project accounts, and coordinate manpower for grant-funded positions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
• Experience in research administration preferred; entry-level considered.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage external research funding governance and grants.
• Oversee pre- and post-award administration for grants and agreements.
• Provide information on funding opportunities and grant calls.
• Review grant applications for completeness and timely submissions.
• Create and activate project accounts.
• Verify manpower recruitment and transfers for grant-funded positions.
• Manage grant variations and extensions.
• Ensure timely submission of progress and final reports.
• Develop SOPs and guidelines for grant administration.
• Coordinate with external funders and internal departments.
• Undertake cross-departmental tasks within Office of Research.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
