Job summary

Sephora Asia Pte Ltd. seeks an Executive, Space Planning to manage space-planning execution across Southeast Asia, ensuring accurate planograms and store layouts.

This role collaborates with Merchandising, franchise markets and data teams to maintain reliable information in JDA, Brand Portal, DOMO and related systems. The position involves updating planograms, reviewing floor maps, maintaining data quality, and providing self-service support to category managers and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in merchandising, retail, business, data management, design or space planning.
• Hands-on experience with JDA or space-planning systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to DOMO or BI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Planogram updates: update approved brand planograms accurately and on time in JDA or designated system.
• Space planning: review franchise market floor maps for completeness and alignment with brand configuration.
• Database maintenance and self-service support: upload master data to the space-planning database and validate data accuracy.
• Provide user support and guidance on the space planning self-service tool and maintain documentation.
