Job summary

finexis advisory Pte Ltd, Singapore, seeks a Recruitment Manager to drive manpower growth and end-to-end recruitment for Financial Consultants, experienced advisers and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to build strong pipelines, run recruitment campaigns and oversee onboarding.

The role emphasizes quality of hire, smooth transition and early productivity, with governance to ensure policy and regulatory compliance across all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, distribution management or financial services.
• Experience within the insurance, financial advisory, banking or wealth management industry will be highly advantageous.
• Strong sourcing, networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies and manpower growth across Financial Consultants, experienced advisers and leaders, aligned with business targets.
• Partner business leaders to develop recruitment plans, strengthen pipelines and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Build and engage quality talent pipelines through referrals, networking, digital channels, industry connections and targeted outreach.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, events and programmes to strengthen the organisation’s employer and recruitment proposition.
• Facilitate a smooth end-to-end onboarding and transition experience, working closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Retention & early productivity: track new joiner integration and address gaps with leaders.
• Recruitment analytics: monitor pipelines, conversion, manpower growth and KPIs; provide insights to management.
• Governance: ensure recruitment activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
