Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
• Experience in financial advisory, wealth management, banking, insurance, sales, business development, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.
• Previous experience in leadership, team development, recruitment, coaching, or mentoring is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your advisory practice by developing a portfolio of clients and delivering holistic financial planning.
• Identify, attract, and recruit quality individuals into the advisory profession and build a high-performing team.
• Coach and guide advisers to achieve professional and business goals and create leadership potential.
• Develop strategies to grow personal and team productivity and monitor key business indicators.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention to scale the advisory business.
• Collaborate with the finexis ecosystem to expand market reach and opportunities.
