Job summary

Phillip Capital Inc. in Singapore invites an Executive, Business Development (Recruitment) to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will drive growth for our Wealth Advisory business by forging partnerships and sourcing top Financial Advisory Consultants and Wealth Managers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with team leaders, conducting recruitment webinars, and outreach through career fairs and seminars. Relevant CMFAS certifications and FinServ experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in a Financial Services industry will be an advantage.
• Certifications CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI will have an added advantage.
• Effective communication to speak to candidates in seminars or individually.
• Knowledge of basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants and Wealth Managers.
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and candidates.
• Engage Team Leaders on recruitment matters.
• Forge professional relationships with internal teams and business units.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to attract prospective candidates.
• Moderating recruitment webinars and seminars to reach out to potential candidates.
• Conduct briefing and handle inquiries via seminars or social media.
• Interview and onboard potential candidates.
• Establish and maintain relations with institutions for outreach and recruitment tie-ups.

The Talent Acquisition team plays an important role to grow our Phillip Wealth Advisory. We are looking for talented and innovating individuals with strong interpersonal skills. Your mission? You will play a vital role in driving the business growth and establishing strategic partnerships to grow our Wealth Advisory arm.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants (FAC) / Wealth
  Managers (WM);
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and candidates;
