Job summary

finexis advisory in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Manager to drive manpower growth and end-to-end recruitment for Financial Consultants, advisers and leaders. The role partners with business leaders to design plans and build strong talent pipelines.

You will lead sourcing, campaigns, onboarding and retention initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering high-quality hires that support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related fields.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing, networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies and manpower growth across Financial Consultants, experienced advisers and leaders.
• Partner business leaders to develop recruitment plans, strengthen pipelines and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Build and engage quality talent pipelines through referrals, networking, digital channels, industry connections and targeted outreach.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, events and programmes to strengthen the organisation’s employer proposition.
• Facilitate a smooth end-to-end onboarding and transition experience, working with internal stakeholders.
• Track new joiner integration, retention and early productivity, and address gaps with leaders.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, conversion, manpower growth and KPIs, providing insights to management.
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
