Job summary

finexis advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a driven, people-focused leader with a strong passion for financial advisory, team development, and business growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications and licences under regulatory requirements for financial advisory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or financial services, including at least 2 years in people management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop advisory teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial advisory industry.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Consultants to achieve business objectives and growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain FCs to build a strong and sustainable advisory team.
• Monitor team performance, identify capability gaps, and implement coaching and development plans.
• Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support advisers in handling complex client cases and provide guidance on suitable financial planning solutions.
• Develop and implement business plans and initiatives to drive team sales growth, productivity and service quality.
• Monitor business performance through regular reviews, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, and communicate relevant updates to the team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline


• Relevant financial advisory certifications and licences required under applicable regulatory requirements


• Professional qualifications in financial planning or wealth management are an advantage


• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance, wealth management, or financial services, including at least 2 years in a people management role


• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing advisory teams


• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial advisory industry.


• Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
