Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills: qualitative and quantitative.
• Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with PowerPoint is preferred.
• Ability to manage cross-cultural relationships.
• Customer service orientation and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client's real estate portfolio, incl. transactions, data management, and critical dates.
• Assist in developing and implementing portfolio-wide transaction strategies.
• Coordinate resources for real estate activities such as site inspections.
• Review dates and update WIP reports to ensure on-time renewals.
• Identify new locations based on business unit needs.
• Review proposals and negotiate rental terms with tenants/landlords.
• Manage property valuation and taxes promptly.
• Oversee monthly rent payments with Lease admin to ensure accuracy.
• Support marketing of client-owned portfolio and respond to inquiries.
• Notify client of expiring leases and rent reviews; advise on rights and obligations.
• Assist in negotiating termination and make-good obligations.
• Review contracts and flag deviations for client input.
• Ensure timely return of cash security deposits after lease ends.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and reviews for commitments.
• Maintain landlord-tenant relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support risk reporting for regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with brokers on portfolio reporting, benchmarking and cost optimization.
• Prepare quarterly updates and performance reports.
