Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director for Transaction Management in Singapore to lead real estate transactions for a high-profile portfolio. Based at the client site, you will advise on lease renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and subleasing strategies to achieve the client's objectives.

You will negotiate terms for land, office, retail and industrial properties, coordinate resources, and deliver analyses and reports that support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate working with corporate clients.
• Excellent client service and financial analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and commercial acumen.
• Strong communication (verbal & written), negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be sensitive to cross-cultural exposures.
• Excellent presentation skills and an analytical mindset to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Implements real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic goals and milestones.
• Negotiates terms for land, office, retail and industrial properties on behalf of clients.
• Coordinates field broker selection and resources for transaction execution.
• Drafts analyses and documents: market reports, RFPs, LOIs, and value opinions.
• Negotiates sales via field brokers, manages leasing renewals and expirations.
• Tracks transactions, forecasts commissions, and documents savings for clients.
• Maintains project tracking and prepares reports for stakeholders.
