Job summary

UNITECH E&C PTE. LTD. is looking for a Tender Manager to ensure competitive tenders by reviewing specifications, coordinating quotations, and aligning with the construction team on scope and assumptions.

The role includes contract management, final accounts, and vendor engagement across projects. Ideal candidates hold a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building with at least 2 years in construction, and demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills for successful project

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building with 2+ years in construction or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management: review specifications, invite quotations, align with construction team on scope.
• Contract Management: prepare documents, manage LOI/LOA, administer variations and final accounts.
• Financial & Commercial: manage subcontractor payments and budgets, reconcile vendor invoices.
• Vendor Management: update vendor lists, pre-qualify new vendors, evaluate performance at project end.
