Job summary

TECHNOLITE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-contract activities, evaluate tenders, prepare cost estimates, and monitor subcontractor payments. You will support the Tender & Contracts team, assist with procurement, and track project progress across site meetings and deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant diploma with at least 3 years in construction, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of tender

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of contract administration and tender procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-contract management.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare tender submissions and bill of quantities.
• Attend tender interviews.
• Prepare cost estimation.
• Monitor progress claims by subcontractors and prepare payment certificates.
• Support Tender & Contracts Department as required.
• Assist with procurement, attend site meetings, monitor deliveries, and track project progress and timelines.
