UNDERGROUND TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a Quantity Surveyor to lead tender preparations for new projects, perform estimation work, and provide detailed cost analysis.

The role requires experience in tendering, procurement, and contract administration, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and commercial reporting

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Tendering and cost estimating knowledge.
• Procurement and contract administration experience.
• Strong commercial reporting skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and commercial tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tenders for upcoming new projects.
• Update and submit details and information such as taking-off, estimation works and tabulations as requested.
• Evaluate tender and recommend contract contractor/subcontractor selection.
