Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in architecture, building materials and construction. The role focuses on cost control and contract administration on active projects, with a 5-day workweek from 9am to 6pm.

You will review BOQs, quotations, and project costs, liaise with architects, contractors and suppliers, and monitor expenditures to identify cost risks.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
• Experience in cost control, variation assessment and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost control, budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Assess variations, claims and payment applications.
• Handle contract administration, tendering and procurement.
• Review BOQs, quotations and project costs.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost risks.
