Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract based in Kallang Way. You will contribute to cost control, budgeting and procurement on construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in QS/Architecture, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of building materials, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
• Experienced in cost control, variation assessment and contract administration.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost control, budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Assess variations, claims and payment applications.
• Handle contract administration, tendering and procurement.
• Review BOQs, quotations and project costs.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost risks.
