Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation including collection and checking for completeness of documents.
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Handle and close tenders for submission and assist in monthly cost monitoring.
• Prepare progress payment certificates and submit progress claims/variation orders.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and authorities; review subcontracts.
