Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an organised Purchasing Assistant to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier quotations, and order tracking in Senoko. You will collaborate with internal departments, monitor inventory levels, and support demand planning while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate records.

Diploma holders with 1–3 years of related experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or any relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/purchasing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities based on business and inventory requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, product availability, order status and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation and system updates.
• Resolve purchasing, delivery and supply-related issues where required.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and product availability.
• Track incoming shipments and expected delivery schedules.
• Investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancies and stock-related concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support stock requirements and replenishment needs.
• Support demand planning activities by monitoring sales, inventory and supply data.
• Identify potential supply constraints, stock shortages and lead-time risks, and elevate when necessary.
• Prepare purchasing, inventory and supply-related reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc supply chain projects.
