Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain / Purchasing Planning Executive in Singapore to drive data‑driven inventory planning, optimize stock levels and ensure on-time material delivery within SAP-based workflows. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on inbound shipments, monitor order statuses, and support cross-trade shipments while upholding company policies and quality standards.

Candidates should have a relevant certificate, 2+ years in supply chain operations, and

Qualifications

Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Able to converse/write English competently.
Creative problem-solving, data-driven analytics and reasoning.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management - Plan and update system parameters according to monthly consumption; optimize stock levels.
Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders; ensure SAP data is updated; track on-time delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders on inbound shipment; update SAP; file shipping documents; verify invoices.
Cross-trade shipment management - coordinate with stakeholders for direct drop shipments while applying Free Trade Agreements for duty rebates.
Claim Management - process vendor-related claims.
Material Master Management - maintain SAP Material Master data (length, HS code, delivery time).
Ensure operational quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements and company policies.
Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by Manager.
