Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Executive (Purchasing Planning Executive) to drive data‑driven demand planning, optimize inventory and collaborate across functions in a dynamic APAC control tower. You will manage inventory, purchase orders in SAP, coordinate inbound shipments, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding accuracy of material master data.

Minimum 2 years in supply chain operations with SAP knowledge and MS Excel proficiency are required;

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Able to converse/write English competently.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management - Plan and update system parameters according to monthly consumption, optimize stock levels.
• Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure SAP updates; follow up on orders for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on inbound shipment; update SAP and file shipping documents; verify invoices to avoid mismatch.
• Cross trade shipment management - coordinate direct drop shipments from factory to customer; apply Free Trade Agreement for duties rebates.
• Claim Management - process claims related to vendor defects.
• Material Master Management - maintain SAP Material Master data (standard length, HS code, lead times).
• Ensure operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements per company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by Manager.

Objectives of the position:

• The Supply Chain Planning Executive (Purchasing Planning Executive) must be a data-driven, strong analytical skills and creative team player who can provide critical solution effectively in order to fulfil high levels of customer satisfaction in current dynamic supply chain network.

• As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team, the individual will be expected to implement the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management - Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level to meet inventory objectives.

• Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP. Follows up on orders ensuring that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.

• Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly and accurately, filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifications of invoices to avoid mis-match

• Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer, with application and compliance of Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates

• Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor

• Material Master Management - To maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP up to date (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time...)

• Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with the company policies

• Any other ad-hoc duty or projects as assigned by Manager

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of SAP system preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or Excel Advance applications

• Able to converse/write English competently

• Creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical and reasoning skills

• Knowledge of data analytics tools is an added advantage
