Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements aligned with company goals.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders according to company policies to ensure accurate procurement.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance regularly and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality.
• Analyze procurement costs and recommend actionable cost-saving opportunities to improve budget efficiency.
