Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for its publications and services. The role focuses on building relationships with local and international clients, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms to close deals.

You will manage end-to-end marketing and distribution across multiple channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support pricing and project implementation to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced, customer-focused sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the publishing industry, market trends and channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Manage end-to-end marketing and distribution across retail, schools, institutions, government agencies and e-commerce.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, events, exhibitions and roadshows from logistics to post-event evaluation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Present compelling product value propositions, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Production, Sales Admin, Marketing and Finance for smooth execution.
