UST Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within Singapore Government Agencies and GLCs. You will lead end-to-end sales, build a robust pipeline, and close complex deals through structured RFPs and tender processes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a track record in enterprise technology sales, and deep familiarity with public sector procurement in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, IT services, or technology sales.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end sales and business development within the Singapore Public Sector.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Lead RFPs, tenders, and complex deal pursuits through closure.
• Develop CXO-level relationships and strategic account plans.
• Position solutions across Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
• Collaborate with technology partners, hyperscalers, OEMs, and delivery teams to win business.
