• Deep experience in operating in market facing roles in (re)insurance.
• Proven ability to set and deliver compelling strategies in challenging environments.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with ability to operate at all levels.
• Familiarity with changing regulatory landscapes and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate market strategy for India aligned with global protections strategy.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver plans and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting and Claims and global functional leads.
• Maintain governance and control systems to manage risk and prevent fraud.
• Act as executive face of Pacific Life Re and maintain regular client engagement.
