Job summary

Honour (Singapore) Limited is seeking a Projects Director to support the Executive Director and leadership in translating the organisation's mission, strategy and priorities into coordinated plans, programmes and outcomes.

The role provides cross-organisational leadership across strategy, organisational development, project and programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, change management and governance, while helping ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executive Coordination: Support the Executive Director in translating organizational priorities into coordinated action across Honour Singapore; facilitate communication and alignment between the Executive Director, staff, project teams and stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies; identify emerging organizational issues; support decision-making with information, analysis and recommendations; track key priorities and commitments.
• Strategic Planning & Organizational Development: Lead organization-wide strategic planning and support development and implementation of Honour Singapore's strategic plans; develop structures and manpower plans to support requirements; support recruitment and onboarding; contribute to culture and performance; assess capability for new initiatives; advise leadership on implications of decisions.
• Strategic Projects & Programme Management: Lead selected strategic projects and initiatives from conception through implementation; define objectives, scope, deliverables; develop plans, timelines and budgets; coordinate teams; monitor resources; track progress; resolve issues; manage risks; report to leadership; may lead major organizational events.
• Board, EXCO & POCA Secretariat: Serve as Secretariat to Honour Singapore Board, EXCO and POCA; develop meeting schedules; coordinate agendas; prepare papers and minutes; maintain governance records; coordinate communications with members; support appointments and governance processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate collaboration and alignment; support development of partnerships; represent Honour Singapore where appropriate; support communications to strengthen profile and impact.
• Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Support fundraising activities and donor engagement; develop proposals and strategies; work with leadership on campaigns and sponsorships.
