Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. seeks an Associate Director Strategic Projects in Singapore to partner with the Global BU Head Healthcare, translating priorities into focused execution.

The role splits 50% leading strategic transformation projects and 50% serving as Chief of Staff to support SLT and HLC meetings and prepare executive presentations. Responsibilities include managing leadership cadence, driving strategic planning, monitoring KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting growth

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and conceptual skills.
• Advanced project and programme management capability.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is required.
• Willingness to undertake international mobility within three years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and action items for leadership meetings (HLC, SLT, ExCo) and board reviews.
• Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes and track KPIs.
• Drive strategic projects with SLT and HLC, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Plan and facilitate SLT and HLC meetings, ensure preparation and follow-up with action-minutes.
• Drive initiatives in commercialization models, organizational design, change management, AI-enabled work, data analytics, and standardization.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-market project teams, manage dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Establish governance and provide progress reporting and escalation as needed.
• Support strategic growth, including selected business development and due diligence/integration activities.
