Job summary

A project planner is sought to develop and maintain master schedules for manufacturing, construction or maintenance projects in Singapore. You will use tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to map timelines and resources, and partner with engineering, procurement and operations to keep programs on track.

Key responsibilities include tracking progress, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying risks to delivery while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Create and maintain master schedules for manufacturing, construction, or maintenance operations using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Resource Allocation: Estimate and assign labor, equipment, and material requirements needed for each project phase.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and adjust timelines to mitigate project risks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between engineering, procurement, operations, and management teams.
• Cost & Compliance Control: Look for ways to reduce operational costs while ensuring adherence to safety and labor standards
