Job summary

DJ Engineering & Construction PteLtd in Singapore is seeking a professional Planner with Primavera P6 to support project planning and programme-control activities. You will develop, maintain and communicate project schedules and planning information to stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on Primavera P6 experience and a strong background in engineering or construction project planning, with a focus on timely updates and accurate progress tracking within a busy project environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Professional and experienced Planner required.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is required.
• Experience in engineering, construction or project planning is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, activities, dependencies and milestones.
• Ability to analyse schedule progress and identify potential delays.
• Good reporting, communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• Singapore project experience advantageous.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline and updated schedules in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress and highlight schedule variances.
• Coordinate programme updates with project managers, engineers, site teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Track activities, milestones, dependencies and critical project dates.
• Assist in identifying potential delays and provide timely schedule information to project teams.
• Prepare progress updates, look-ahead schedules and planning reports as required.
• Incorporate approved changes and revisions into project schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning records and schedule documentation.
• Support project management with planning information for decision-making and progress reviews.
