Job summary

SCAN - BILT PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Project Planner to manage detailed schedules for civil, foundation and maintenance works. You will develop baselines, track progress, and coordinate with site and office teams to ensure timely completion.

The role requires 3–6 years of scheduling experience in construction, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site work in Singapore with a focus on delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years planning and scheduling experience in construction or process industries.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project with progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare programmes covering tender, concept, construction, testing, handover stages.
• Create WBS, milestones and critical paths for civil and project works.
• Estimate durations based on scope, quantities and constraints.
• Establish baselines and maintain change-control records.
• Plan daily to monthly look-ahead schedules for site execution.
• Monitor progress, provide reports and highlight delays.
• Support EOT and recovery planning with schedule analysis.
• Coordinate tender programmes and interface with stakeholders.
