Job summary

GREEN ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Sales professional to drive installation and construction project sales, manage customer relationships, and deliver tailored design and scope solutions that support business growth.

The role focuses on promoting installations, engaging existing customers, and developing detailed project scopes while collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and computer literacy to support effective communication and documentation
• Possession of own vehicle to facilitate site visits and customer meetings
• Experience in cold calling and product sales to drive new business development
• Background in customer service to enhance client interactions and satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Sell installation and construction projects to achieve business targets and revenue goals
• Contact existing customers to promote advertisements, moves, and changes, increasing customer engagement
• Follow up on construction projects with maintenance and service proposals to enhance client satisfaction
• Estimate and assist in estimating new installation projects to ensure accurate project planning and budgeting
• Develop detailed project scopes and proposals to support sales efforts and project execution
• Attend new project kickoff meetings with internal and external customers to align expectations and deliverables
• Perform site surveys and assist customers with design solutions that meet project requirements
• Build and manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide scope solutions that effectively address customer issues
• Identify and develop a diversified customer base to expand market reach and sales opportunities
• Review and participate in the annual service contract renewal process with Contract Managers
• Engage in ongoing training on new technologies and industry-related equipment to maintain professional expertise
