Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled project and program manager to lead initiatives across planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.

You will own the full project life cycle from initiation to delivery, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and provide status reporting and executive level communications across leadership and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project life cycle end to end.
• Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
