• Monitor expenses like fuel and maintenance; identify opportunities to improve margins.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, manage delivery routes, optimize supply chain efficiency, and lead our operations team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all logistics projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Manage Logistics Operations: Oversee daily distribution, last-mile delivery, route optimization, and warehouse/parcel sorting operations.
• Project Management: Lead logistics projects - including new route launches, tender management, operational process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. Set timelines, budgets, and deliver on targets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise delivery staff, warehouse assistants, and subcontractors. Schedule shifts, conduct training, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Cost & Budget Control: Monitor operational expenses - fuel, manpower, vehicle maintenance, packaging. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profit margins
