Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Singapore to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and lead a team toward efficient, safe, and accurate logistics operations.

You will coordinate activities, monitor productivity, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business and customer objectives. The role requires strong leadership and a track record in contract logistics environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven experience supervising and leading warehouse teams, including managing teams of 15 or more employees.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring inbound, storage, value-added, and outbound activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Coach and motivate a team of warehouse personnel to achieve goals while promoting a positive work environment.
• Plan manpower deployment and allocate resources to meet daily workload requirements.
• Monitor performance to ensure service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee stock movement, reconciliation activities, and resolution of inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
