Job summary

KAFFE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee logistics-related policies, standards and procedures and to manage relationships with operations managers and project logistics resources.

You will ensure resources are allocated efficiently and buy-in is achieved across stakeholders for successful project delivery. The role focuses on planning, implementing and introducing projects for new systems involving operations and logistics functions, while continuously driving project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields.
• PM certification (PMP, SFL, Six Sigma, or Lean Sigma) is a plus.
• Experience in project management and leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoys managing complex tasks and working with clients.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to grasp business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic project plans aligned with business strategies.
• Reviews processes and solutions to improve project effectiveness.
• Performs research and data analyses to describe business audiences.
• Manages new dish launches, new service/product launches, etc.
• Plans, schedules and executes projects.
• Allocates resources across project activities.
• Leads project staff and oversees development and performance.
• Resolves conflicts within and between projects or functions.
• Monitors project progress using established methods.
• Manages project budget and resource allocation.
• Interacts with stakeholders to determine needs and improve delivery.
• adjusts plans as needed to keep projects on track.
• Establishes teamwork across staff and stakeholders as required.
• Recommends adjustments in timing and costs to meet quality standards.
• Ensures proper project reporting and updates.
• Performs any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
