Job summary

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields.
• - Project management certification like PMP, SFL, Six Sigma, or Lean Sigma a plus.
• - Experienced in project management and leadership.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Proficient with MS Office, Google applications, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic project plans aligned with business strategies.
• Reviews business processes, improvements, and solutions to achieve project effectiveness.
• Conducts research and data analyses to identify and describe business audiences related to assigned projects.
• Manages new dish launches, new service/product launches, etc.
• Does project planning, scheduling & execution.
• Reviews the allocation of resources across different project-related business activities.
• Assembles project staff, supervises their development and performance during the project.
• Resolves conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
• Develops methods to monitor project progress and performance.
• Monitors and manages project budget and resource allocation.
• Interacts with stakeholders to determine needs and improve project delivery.
• Undertakes continual adjustments with stakeholders and resources to keep projects on track.
• Establishes team work among project staff and other stakeholders.
• Recommends adjustments in timing, costs, and resources to achieve quality standards.
• Ensures proper project reporting.
• Undertakes any other assigned ad-hoc duties
