Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore East invites a seasoned Logistics Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics initiatives. You will drive projects from conception to delivery, coordinating Warehouse, Transport, IT and external teams to meet customer requirements, control costs, and maximize operational efficiency.

The role calls for a degree in logistics or a related field and 3–5+ years of project management experience in logistics or warehousing, with a track record in WMS or SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse process optimization, layout modifications, and WMS or SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in modern warehouse distribution and supply chain design, with a preference for automation initiatives.
• Proficiency in project scoping, timeline mapping, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.

• Drives the execution of end-to-end logistics projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for meeting customer requirements, managing cost controls, and maximizing operational efficiency.

• Plan, manage, and deliver logistics projects from inception to completion, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation.

• Define project scopes, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while tracking progress and dependencies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead cross-functional alignment across Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams.

• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent, data-driven status updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.

• Proven track record of managing warehouse process optimization, layout modifications, and WMS or SAP implementation projects.

• Experience in modern warehouse distribution and supply chain design, with a preference for innovation initiatives (e.g., automation, robotics, digitalization).

• Proficiency in project scoping, timeline mapping, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.

• Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Hands‑on multi-tasker who stays organized and drives execution under time pressure, tight timelines, and changing priorities.
