Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore East invites a seasoned Logistics Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics initiatives. You will drive projects from conception to delivery, coordinating Warehouse, Transport, IT and external teams to meet customer requirements, control costs, and maximize operational efficiency.

The role calls for a degree in logistics or a related field and 3–5+ years of project management experience in logistics or warehousing, with a track record in WMS or SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse process optimization, layout modifications, and WMS or SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in modern warehouse distribution and supply chain design, with a preference for automation initiatives.
• Proficiency in project scoping, timeline mapping, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end logistics projects meeting customer requirements and optimizing costs.
• Plans and delivers projects from inception to completion with focus on process optimization and automation.
• Defines scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Acts as primary client contact and aligns Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams.
• Identifies, tracks, and mitigates project risks to meet SLAs.
• Conducts regular reviews and provides data-driven status updates to stakeholders.
