Job summary

NCS is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Communications Engineering to drive large-scale IT and engineering initiatives. You will oversee project delivery, risk management, scope control, and coordination across users, architects, and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and proven ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization within a dynamic APAC setting.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of IT/Engineering project management experience.
• Experience in development, implementation, and support of engineering/IT projects in a range of organizations.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
• Experience working in a provider or vendor environment to deliver client projects.
• Familiar with working in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibilities and managing large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: analyse requirements, create plans and milestones, manage schedules, budget and resources, ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Business Development: identify opportunities for expansion, participate in pre-sale activities, forecast project financials and ensure budgets are met.
• Team Management: coordinate tasks, provide leadership and coaching, monitor performance and ensure alignment with schedules.
