Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of multi-million dollar infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Develop project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, closure.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management for successful outcomes.
• Drive standardized PM methodologies and best practices across portfolios.
• Coordinate with networking, server/storage, and cybersecurity teams.
• Oversee VAPT workflows including scoping, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Provide executive-level reviews and governance with clients and senior leadership.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams; foster high performance.
