Job summary

EXASOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across HR, finance, IT delivery teams in Singapore.

You will define objectives, develop detailed plans, and manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver on strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, proven PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from HR, Talent acquisition, finance, IT delivery teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize your strategic understanding of project management combined with your leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
• May need to work on weekends on and off as required for weekend drives and weekend events etc.
• Identify and manage project risks by implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project expenses and resource allocation to maintain adherence to budget and timeline.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and aligning them with defined standards.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously assess project processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and project management methodologies to drive continual improvement.
