Job summary

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors, manage timelines and budgets, oversee UAT, and ensure stable operations while pursuing continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage system-related projects from planning to implementation.
• Gather and document business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Monitor project risks and issues and recommend mitigation actions.
• Organise project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate and manage UAT activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Support system operations and ensure business applications remain stable and effective.
• Assist with system enhancements and process improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
