Job summary

CANTAL SWITCHGEAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to support our project and sales teams in Singapore.

You will prepare and submit documents, track production progress, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to keep projects on schedule. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and at least two years of project coordination experience. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential for

Qualifications

Min. Diploma in relevant field.
Min. 2 years of experience in project coordination or in a similar industry.
An eye for detail, meticulous, responsible.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and work concurrently and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Assist the sales and project team in preparation and submission of project documents.
Handle and coordinate sales and project admin matters including project schedules, production progress and documentations.
Coordinate project matters with internal departments such as engineering, production, procurement and etc.
Identify and escalation project delays or issues arise to the project in-charge.
Prepare project updates, tracking reports and data management.
Assist in preparation of sales quotation and tender.
Any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.
