• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing.
• Request and evaluate quotations, prepare and issue POs for materials and consumables.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and update the Master Planner / Production Planning Control team on material availability and delivery status.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Liaise with internal departments on demand planning and inventory management.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project cash flow and requirements.
• Manage suppliers’ performance and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and product quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure specifications meet requirements and comply with client standards.
• Support procurement planning to ensure product quality and prompt delivery timelines.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
