Job summary

HK MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to support the Project Manager by coordinating daily activities and ensuring site execution.

This role requires travel between project sites, strong communication with clients and subcontractors, and proficient use of MS Office. You will help maintain schedules, prepare reports, and liaise between office and site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
• Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring daily project activities.
• Travel to different project sites to follow up on work progress and project matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure works are carried out according to requirements and agreed timelines.
• Follow up on site progress, material delivery, submissions, and outstanding project matters.
• Attend site and project meetings and coordinate with relevant parties on project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, records, and correspondence.
• Coordinate between the office and site teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site coordination and operational issues.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
