Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (Eastern General Hospital) seeks a dedicated professional to support Allied Health and Pharmacy (AH&P) services in strategic planning and program development. You will collaborate with clinical and planning teams to translate strategies into hospital service development and to engage AH&P staff.

You will also assist manpower deployment planning, manage resource needs for AH&P projects, and provide secretariat support to workgroups to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare related discipline.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in data analysis and presentation software.
Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of project management and budgeting is advantageous.
Team player with planning, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Support AH&P strategic planning and development in EGH.
Assist manpower deployment planning for AH&P staff.
Provide secretariat support and manage resources for workgroups.
Collaborate with Nursing, Corporate Planning, Development Secretariat and other stakeholders.
